On a cold Saturday afternoon in the 1980s, 13 year old TOMMY is at home struggling to look after his GRANDAD. But when the gas goes off Tommy hits breaking point and he must navigate an intimidating outside world to find his absent DAD in order to get the heating back on and keep his Grandad alive.
